A great colour combination that boys love is monochrome. You really cannot go wrong with this current trend. To break it up I’d recommend you add a couple of splashes of another strong colour. Below are some great finds which you might like.
First up is this wonderful monochrome cushion, with bunny ears print, which I think would look fab in any boys room. It is from Andshine a Swedish company. Another cushion from Andshine is the mini teepee. This is designed by Gunna Ydri, her designs are based on her own drawings and influenced by her Scandinavian upbringing, which was spent outdoors climbing trees and chasing trolls in a small town in Denmark. Is it made using natural fibers and environment-friendly pigments inks and stuffed with super soft stuffing. The third cushion is a great design featuring a white cushion with black illustrated bear. You can also get a duvet cover featuring the same design, which I am tempted to buy for Rayyan’s first bed. This is from Down that Little Lane which is an Australian store but ships internationally on most products I believe.
Next up is a wonderful personlised Superhero print by Of Life and Lemons and can be bought from Not on the High Street. It features a Superhero mask with your boys name then, Our Little Hero. To continue with the Superhero theme I LOVE this Monochrome Superhero print from Andshine again. Its quirky, bold but cute. Last on this row is such an adorable baby blanket I just could not resist featuring it, this can be found at Down That Little Lane.
I so wish I had seen this Orca sleeping bag when Rayyan was smaller (only fits up to 18 months), it is so cool. It is in the shape of a Orca and your little one sleeps insides its mouth. Designed and handmade in Spain, Baby Bites sleeping bags are utterly delightful. They are made from the finest quality cotton and are suitable for prams, cots or for just lying around on the floor. The second item is a paper storage sack. I think these new sacks are so great for something a little different, this design is of a cat pirate! The third item is a Koala shaped cushion made in Byron Bay, Australia.
I hope you liked those little finds for your little mans room. Please leave any comments or recommendations on other monochrome bedroom items.
